First and foremost, the health and safety of our team members (employees and those in our care) is the most important thing as we navigate the Coronavirus (COVID 19) outbreak.  We are committed as a leadership team to make sure we are making decisions based on facts and using the resources we have available. 

As you may have noticed, the COVID-19 situation is evolving rapidly, and more information is becoming available by the minute.  Considering this, our plan/response will be reviewed at least daily and will be updated as needed.  We will communicate changes to you when applicable. 

CDC Statement 

We know what it takes to prevent the spread of COVID-19. CDC recommends people follow prevention strategies such as wearing a mask in public indoor settings in areas of substantial or high community transmission, washing your hands frequently, and physically distancing from others. CDC also recommends that everyone protect themselves from COVID-19 by getting fully vaccinated. CDC encourages a COVID-19 vaccine booster dose for those who are eligible. Travelers to the U.S. should continue to follow CDC recommendations for traveling

What do I need to do as an employee to be prepared?

 

The best thing you can do is to make sure you are diligent with and areas. In addition,

  • Stay home when you are sick and avoid contact with those that are sick

  • Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, then throw the tissue in the trash

  • Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces

  • If you are showing symptoms, please call your doctor first

Although we are taking this outbreak very seriously and preparing the best we can, we want to make sure we are making decisions that are based on fact and that we maintain a business-as-close-to-normal approach as possible.
